Welcome to the RAAF Museum. Housed at Point Cook (near Melbourne), the birthplace of the Australian Flying Corps and the Royal Australian Air Force, the museum tells one of Australia's most important aviation stories, that of the second oldest air force in the world.
Check our location and opening hours before visiting. Admission is free but visitors over 16 will need photo ID to enter the RAAF Base.
Our Interactive Flying Displays are presented at 1pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

RAAF Williams, Point Cook Base
The Centenary of Military Aviation 2014 Air Show is proudly presented by the Royal Australian Air Force at RAAF Base Williams, Point Cook, over the weekend of 1 & 2 March 2014, to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the first military flight at Point Cook on 1 March 1914.
Entry is by pre-paid ticketing which will be available from December 2013. Please refer back to this website for further details in the coming weeks.
