No 84 Wing
The Royal Australian Air Force's No. 84 Wing Headquarters is at RAAF Base Richmond, NSW, and comprises No. 34 Squadron, No. 285 Squadron and No. 37 Squadron.
No. 34 Squadron operates the Boeing 737-BBJ and CL-604 Challenger aircraft from Defence Establishment Fairbairn, ACT, providing special purpose transport to the Australian Government and the Australian Defence Force.
No. 37 Squadron is based at RAAF Base Amberley and operates the C-130H and C-130J Hercules in the tactical airlift role for the Australian Defence Force.
No 285 Squadron is based at RAAF Base Richmond and delivers aircrew and technical airman aircraft systems ground training; aircrew flying training utilising full flight simulators.
