Visit us for an immersive experience and explore more than 100 years of Air Force history, at the birthplace of military aviation in Australia: Point Cook.

Join us on a journey through the ages. Hear the stories of our people surrounded by the aircraft they supported and flew. Learn about our beginnings in the Australian Flying Corps, the courage of our Second World War aviators, and the service of thousands of men and women to our nation at home and abroad in times of peace and war.

Bookings are essential to visit the RAAF Museum. Details about opening hours, how to register and entry conditions are available on our Plan a visit page.

Please also note that valid, verifiable photo identification is required for all visitors over the age of 16. No public entry to RAAF Base Point Cook/RAAF Museum is permitted without a booking and valid ID.

The Friends of the RAAF Museum Gift Shop, located in the Museum foyer, is stocked with a wide range of Air Force and Australian military aviation memorabilia and gifts, including books, t-shirts, plush toys, caps, RAAF unit patches, mugs, model aircraft kits and die-cast aircraft models.

Please note: the Gift Shop cannot accept cash, only credit or debit card/device payments.

No 100 Squadron flying displays

Our colleagues and neighbours at No 100 Squadron conduct interactive flying displays of the Air Force Heritage Aircraft Fleet on as many Museum open days as possible.

The No 100 Squadron heritage fleet will be rested over the Christmas and New Year holiday period. We look forward to them returning to support the RAAF Museum in early 2026.
