Air Force heritage aircraft flypast for Battle for Australia Commemoration

An Air Force heritage aircraft from No.100 Squadron (100SQN) will conduct a flypast in support of the Battle for Australia Commemoration at the Shrine of Remembrance on 7 September 2022.

The occasion provides an opportunity to honour the service and sacrifice of those who defended Australian shores from attack in the Second World War.

Flying is subject to variables including air traffic control requirements, weather, and operational availability. As such, flypasts and displays may be subject to cancellation at short notice.

Noise reduction and the environment are vital considerations in the planning and conduct of military flying.
