PC-21 Flypast over Adelaide CBD

A Pilatus PC-21 aircraft from Aircraft Research and Development Unit, based at Royal Australian Air Force Base (RAAF) Edinburgh, will conduct a flypast over the Adelaide central business district and surrounding suburbs in support of the 80th Anniversary of Victory in the Pacific Day.

Media Note

2025 marks 80 years since the Victory in the Pacific and the end of the Second World War. The anniversary honours the service, sacrifice and courage of all who fought to protect our nation, values and way of life.

Flying is subject to variables including air traffic control requirements, weather, and operational availability. As such, flypasts and displays may be subject to cancellation at short notice.

Noise reduction and the environment are vital considerations in the planning and conduct of military flying.
