Republic of Singapore Air Force extended fighter detachment to RAAF Base Pearce

The Royal Australian Air Force will host an extended fighter aircraft detachment from the Republic of Singapore Air Force over the period of June – October 2024. During this time, there will be periods of increased flying operations out of RAAF Base Pearce in Bullsbrook, Western Australia.

Additional to the Pilatus PC-21, and Hawk-127 Lead-in Fighter aircraft which are currently based out of RAAF Base Pearce, the base will host small detachments of F-15SG and F-16C/D/+ aircraft from the Republic of Singapore Air Force.

Please note that night flying between 26 and 28 August 2024, will occur over Pinjarra and surrounding areas (Pearce Training Area [PTA] G).

  • 24 Jun – 15 Jul, training operations of F-16 Aircraft.
  • 13 Aug – 9 Sep, training operations of F-15 Aircraft.
  • 26 Aug - 28 Aug, night flying training operations of F-15 Aircraft conducted in the Pinjarra and surrounding areas
  • 9 Sep – 18 Oct, training operations of F-16 Aircraft.
  • 30 Sep - 02 Oct, night flying training operations of F-16 Aircraft.
