Two F-35A Lightning II aircraft will conduct a flypast and bomb burst manoeuvre in support of the new Newcastle Airport International Terminal opening on Thursday 25 September 2025 at 6pm. 

Air Force appreciates the ongoing support of the local Williamtown community for this activity. Safety, noise reduction and the environment are vital considerations in the planning and conduct of military flying.
