The Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) is proud to support Sydney’s signature air show Wings Over Shellharbour this weekend.
Up to six Pilatus PC-21 aircraft from the Roulette aerobatic team will conduct a flying display, while the Air Force Hot Air Balloon will be on display as a static exhibit.
Heritage aircraft from No. 100 Squadron will also attend, including a Lockheed Hudson, CA-16 Wirraway, CAC Winjeel, Supermarine Spitfire Mk VIII and the CAC CA-18 Mustang.
Media Note
Interviews with officers from No. 100 Squadron are available upon request.
All flying is subject to change, including short notice cancellation, due to variables such as air traffic control, weather and operational requirements.
Safety, noise management and the environment are vital considerations in the planning and conduct of Defence flying activities. Participating aircraft will operate with a view to minimise the impact on the local communities.
