The Royal Australian Air Force will be conducting training activities from 6-7 August 2026, at RAAF Base Gingin, Western Australia. Training will be conducted on a 24-hour basis during this period. 

During this period, blank firing training activities will also be conducted on the base. The public may see an increase in Defence vehicles and personnel movements in the immediate area. 

The community should not be alarmed if they hear or see any of the above.

Training helps ensure the Royal Australian Air Force remains ready and prepared to protect Australia and its national interests.
