The Royal Australian Air Force is hosting an extended fighter aircraft detachment from the Republic of Singapore Air Force until13 September 2026.
As part of this detachment, there will be periods of increased flying activity from RAAF Base Darwin and RAAF Base Tindal between 31 August and 13 September. The activity will involve F-15SG and F-16 Fighting Falcon aircraft conducting training operations.
Residents in the Darwin and Tindal regions may notice increased aircraft movements and associated noise during this period.
