A Royal Australian Air Force C-17A lll Globemaster aircraft will conduct a flypast over the Australian Capital Territory in support of Australia Day celebrations.
 
DATE:           26th January 2022
 
TIME:            10:13 am
 
LOCATION:  Commonwealth Park, Rond Terrace, Canberra.

A C-17A Globemaster lll aircraft from Number 36 Squadron based at RAAF Base Amberley will take part in the flypast. 
 
Australia Day is held annually on January 26th to reflect on our nation’s past and celebrate the Australian spirit, mateship and sense of community. The Royal Australian Air Force is proud to participate in Australia Day 2022 events.
 
Flying is subject to variables including air traffic control requirements, weather, and operational availability. As such, flypasts and displays may be subject to cancellation at short notice.
 
Noise reduction and the environment are vital considerations in the planning and conduct of military flying.
