EA-18G Growler rehearsal flypast for Sunsuper Riverfire

Two Royal Australian Air Force EA-18G Growler fastjets will conduct a flypast over Brisbane in preparation for its appearance at Sunsuper Riverfire, this Friday 28 September.

During the rehearsal, the EA-18G Growlers will perform low passes along the Brisbane River down to 250 feet AGL and up to 500 knots.

The aircraft will fly down the Brisbane River from Toowong to Roma St before performing multiple low level passes down the South Bank and Kangaroo Point reaches of the Brisbane River.

Members of the Royal Australian Air Force Roulettes may also conduct a rehearsal flight over Brisbane sometime between 1:15 pm and 2:00 pm. The rehearsal flight will not involve an aerobatics display and is dependent on commercial flights in and out of Brisbane airport during that time.
