F/A-18A/B Hornet to conduct display practice over Pt Stephens

Residents living in the Hawks Nest and Tea Gardens townships will be treated to an F/A-18A/B Hornet flying display on Wednesday afternoon, when fastjet aircraft from RAAF Base Williamtown use the airspace around the northern edge of Port Stephens as a designated display practice area.
All display practice activities are conducted within strict guidelines. Noise reduction and the environment are vital considerations in the planning and conduct of any military activity. Air Force appreciates the ongoing support of the local communities.
