F/A-18A/B Hornet handling display for Territory Day - Darwin, NT

A single Royal Australian Air Force F/A-18A/B Hornet aircraft from RAAF Base Tindal’s 75SQN will conduct a 10-minute aerobatic handling display over Darwin in support of Territory Day celebrations.
DATE:                     Sunday, 29 August 2021  
TIME:                      Approximately 5:35pm - 5:55pm
VENUE:                  Mindil Beach, Darwin
The aircraft will begin the display from the west, with the majority of the handling display to be conducted over water at Mindil Beach.
Residents should be aware that the aircraft will fly over the Cullen Bay and Fannie Bay neighbourhoods, and every effort will be made to reduce the aircraft noise impact.
All flying is subject to change, including short notice cancellation, due to variables such as air traffic control requirements, weather, and other aviation considerations.
Noise reduction and the environment are vital considerations in the planning and conduct of military flying.
