The Royal Australian Air Force will conduct a flypast over Darwin and Katherine on Sunday, 1 July, in support of activities to celebrate Territory Day.
A single F/A-18A Hornet aircraft from Number 75 Squadron, based at RAAF Base Tindal, will conduct a flypast over Mindil Beach, Darwin at approximately 5:30pm.
The aircraft will then fly south conducting a flypast over the Katherine Showgrounds at approximately 5:45pm.
The aircraft will fly at speeds up to 830 kilometres per hour and no lower than 75 meters above ground level.
All flying is subject to change due to weather and operational requirements.
