Hawk 127 flypast of Civic Park, Newcastle - Battle of Britain commemoration

Royal Australian Air Force fastjet aircraft will conduct a flypast in support of activities to commemorate the Battle of Britain on Friday, 14 September at approximately 10.30am.
Up to two Hawk 127 Lead-in-Fighter aircraft from No. 76 Squadron, based at RAAF Base Williamtown, will conduct a single level flypast over the Cenotaph at Civic Park, approaching from the West and departing to the East.
The aircraft will fly at speeds up to 800 km/hr and at heights no lower than 150m above ground level.
All flying is subject to change due to weather and operational requirements.
