Up to eight Hawk-127 Lead-In Fighter aircraft from No. 76 Squadron will conduct low altitude recoveries in the vicinity of the North Gate on Medowie Road, RAAF Base Williamtown.

No. 76 Squadron, part of No. 78 Wing, conducts the Introductory Fighter Course to train the next generation of Australia’s fighter aircrew.
 
Flying is subject to change, including short notice cancellation, due to variables including air traffic control requirements, weather and other aviation considerations.
 
Noise reduction and the environment are vital considerations in the planning and conduct of military flying.
