Hawk 127 Lead-In Fighter pilots from No. 79 Squadron will conduct flying training activities around the Lancelin and Bindoon Defence Training Areas, WA during March 2021.
DATE:         3 March 2021 – Approximately 1pm to 3.30pm
                    4 March 2021 – Approximately 9.30am to 3.30pm
                    8 to 9 March 2021 – Approximately 12pm to 9pm
                    15 to 18 March 2021 – Approximately 12pm to 9pm
                    19 March 2021 – Approximately 9.30am to 5pm
VENUE:       Lancelin, WA
DATE:         10 to 12 March 2021 – Approximately 12pm to 5pm
VENUE:      Bindoon, WA
Residents are advised the training activities will involve low level flying and use of the range. Air Force conducts bombing training by releasing inert weapons at the range.The aircraft will be operating low level in the area before returning to RAAF Base Pearce.
Flying is subject to change due to variables such as air traffic control requirements, weather, and other aviation considerations.
Noise reduction and the environment are vital considerations in the planning and conduct of military flying.
