Up to four Royal Australia Air Force Pilatus PC-21 aircraft from No. 4 Squadron will be operating at Hobart International Airport, Tasmania.
DATE:                         9 to 13 May 2022
LOCATION:                Hobart International Airport, Tasmania
The PC-21 aircraft from No. 4 Squadron are normally based at RAAF Base Williamtown, New South Wales and are responsible for providing FAC(A) (Forward Air Control (Airborne)) capability and  ADF JTAC (Joint Terminal Attack Control) training support.
Domestic deployments and training at alternative airfields are an essential element of operational preparedness, currency and proficiency objectives.
Flying is subject to change due to variables such as air traffic control requirements, weather, and other aviation considerations.
Noise reduction and the environment are vital considerations in the planning and conduct of military flying.
