RAAF Hercules training at Point Cook

A Royal Australian Air Force C-130J Hercules transport aircraft of Number 37 Squadron will operate from RAAF Base Point Cook. Training will take place on Saturday and Sunday, 20-21 November 2021. This is in support of Australian Defence Force training in Port Phillip Bay.

TIME:                         6.45am until 5pm
VENUE:                     RAAF Base Point Cook
Flying is subject to variables including air traffic control requirements, weather and operational availability. As such, this flying activity may be subject to cancellation at short notice.
Noise reduction and the environment are vital considerations in the planning and conduct of military flying.

This flying activity is part of regular training. Flights and timings are changeable to best meet training objectives, they are not a scheduled flypast. This notice is to advise the local community in this area that they may hear some noise.
