RAAF Pearce night flying activity

Operation Details Tab

Two squadrons of aircraft from RAAF Base Pearce will be conducting night flying from Tuesday 29 September through to 20 October 2020.
The night flying activities are designed to further develop 79 Squadron’s Hawk 127 formation and instrument flying for the Introductory Fighter Course, and Number 2 Flying Training School’s PC-21 advanced flying techniques as part of the Advanced Pilot Course.
Please note that all flying activities are subject to variables such as weather and operational availability.
Noise reduction and the environment are vital considerations in the planning and conduct of training activities and Air Force appreciates the ongoing support of the Bullsbrook and extended City of Swan community during these training activities.
