Flying schedule
- Aircraft will conduct an early morning flying activity from RAAF Base Townsville to RAAF Base Amberley.
Royal Australian Air Force F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler aircraft will conduct an early morning flying activity from RAAF Base Townsville to RAAF Base Amberley, QLD, on 25 June 2022.

Exercise Dawn Strike follows the successful qualification of Air Warfare Instructors on completion of the Diamond Series of exercises.
The F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler aircraft will signify the final flight of the Diamond Series of exercise with a high speed, low altitude arrival into their home location of RAAF Base Amberley.
Up to 18 F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler aircraft will participate in the final mission. This will include six Super Hornets departing RAAF Base Amberley at 7am to meet the incoming Super Hornets and Growlers arriving from RAAF Base Townsville.
The Air Warfare Instructor Course encompasses a range of academic activities and practical exercises that expose the candidates to complex scenarios, broadening and improving their skills; graduating humble, knowledgeable, approachable and expert instructors.
