The Royal Australian Air Force is proud to be participating in the National Servicemen’s Day event in Melbourne.

A CAC Winjeel aircraft from No. 100 Squadron will conduct a flypast for the event at the Shrine of Remembrance.

This service is to remember the 280,000 men who undertook National Service between 1951 and 1972.

Safety, noise management and the environment are vital considerations in the planning and conduct of Defence flying activities. Participating aircraft will operate with a view to minimising the impact on the local communities.
